ADI Launches HealthcareJobsonDisplay.com, display ad-driven job board
07/15/2009Advance Design Interactive (ADI) announces the launch of startup venture HealthcareJobsonDisplay.com. ADI provided HJOD with custom E-Commerce capabilities and Content Management for their job board centered on the healthcare industry, as well as online marketing solutions. HJOD stands out from other job boards in that they allow healthcare employers to advertise job openings with visually creative Display ads. ADI designed a highly usable layout to ensure a seamless experience for users navigating through the site. We then implemented our custom E-Commerce Platform into the client’s design. HJOD now creates and manages display ads as if they are products in an e-store through our admin interface, which allows them to enter all job details as well as display ad images to create a visually appealing ad.
ADI also implemented our Content Management System (CMS), giving HJOD site administrators total control over their entire site, including the rotating advertisers sections, employer spotlights, and content on every page. In this way, HJOD can update their site in-house at a moment’s notice as their company continues to grow and develop.
“My Account” portals were created for both employers and job seekers, allowing users to log in and edit their profile information, including the ability to post their resume. Those who save their resume in their profile can quickly and easily apply to jobs; however, users can choose to simply copy and paste their resume using the second application option. Detailed ad click reports are also generated for each employer, as well as application histories for job seekers.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies were also put in place through the development of the site in order to establish a presence in search engines naturally by incorporating high quality, relevant search terms. HJOD and ADI look forward to the development of a searchable resume database, and continued efforts to grow and expand the site.
